The Blusens Avintia Moto3 team is now ready to get started with the championship in Qatar. The Blusens Avintia Moto3 team members are already set up at the circuit of Losail and busy preparing what will be the beginning of the 2012 season and their debut in the Moto3 category at the world championship. Both Maverick and the other members of the team have travelled to the small but powerful Arab country with an easy mind as they have met their pre-season objectives and are in very high spirits before their first real confrontation with their rivals. Everyone at Blusens Avintia knows that it is not going to be an easy year and that regularity will be the key factor to have an option for the title. Maverick is taking up the role of favourite but he wants his feet to stay on the ground and will focus on the results race after race. Maverick Viñales: “I am very excited before the beginning of the world championship. It makes sense that one feels nervous before the first round of the year because it’s crunchtime the true potential of the teams and riders is revealed. Actually it’s more out of curiosity than anything else. I can’t wait to see if there will be as many battles in Moto3 as there used to be in the 125 c.c. class and who are the riders who will best adapt to the category. These bikes are a little bit easier to ride and this can cause even much larger packs than in 125 c.c. . I don’t know, we’ll se. The only sure thing is that it will remain a very harsh and hard-fought category. Anyway the pre-season has been very good and it can’t be denied that we are in very high spirits here in Qatar. We have a very competitive bike and I am feeling strong before this first round on a track that I very much like and which is quite special when it comes to ride by night”
