TT RACER BRANDON CRETU TO COMPETE IN MOTOAMERICA SUPERSTOCK 1000
Seasoned Isle of Man TT and Macau Grand Prix competitor Brandon Cretu will make his debut in the MotoAmerica Superstock 1000 class campaigning the entire season aboard a Rabid Transit-sponsored Yamaha YZF-R1.
During the past six years Cretu has been a regular in the international real road races, most notably the Isle of Man TT and Macau Grand Prix. 2016 will mark Cretu’s first full season of professional short circuit competition. In this endeavor, Cretu renews a successful partnership with his previous Macau Grand Prix crew chief Ronnie Saner, owner of RSRacecraft. Together, Saner helped Cretu secure his best ever finish of 20th and personal best lap time around the challenging Guia circuit, in Macau, against some of the best road racing talent in the world.
Brandon Cretu, Team Manager/Rider, commented: “To say I am excited about this year is a massive understatement. I know it will be a challenge as MotoAmerica is full of world-class riders, but I know this will help me step up my riding to a new level.”
Ronnie Saner, Crew Chief, commented: “I had the privilege of working with Brandon in Macau the last few years and quickly saw what a great ambassador he is for the sport. Taking the information we learned working together at the track previously and putting that knowledge to use here in America will surely bring a new level to his growth as a racer.”

The way the components of the team have integrated, both professionally and on a personal level, is unusually perfect. Brandon, our senior rider and team manager, is an experienced racer and is excited about this opportunity.
