Bridgestone has donated brand-new, near-life-size cardboard promotional displays it had made to promote its involvement in the 2010 FIM MotoGP World Championship to be sold to benefit the Roadracing World Action Fund. The Roadracing World Action Fund is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization which advocates and promotes the use of soft barriers to help try to prevent rider injuries at racetracks. For more information, go to ~http://actionfund.roadracingworld.com/~. The displays measure about 67-inches-tall and 56-inches-wide and feature near-life-size portraits of MotoGP racers Loris Capirossi, Dani Pedrosa, Valentino Rossi and Casey Stoner. There are 100 of these displays available, and due to that quantity we are selling them at the fixed cost of $25 each until they are gone or January 1, 2012, at 10:40 a.m. Pacific Time, whichever comes first. The displays will be shipped (at no additional cost) from Bridgestone North America’s headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. Sorry, but no international shipping and no shipping to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses is possible.
