BIKE INTERCEPTOR YAMAHA BY SETON WELCOMES BACK LINXCEL Bike Interceptor Yamaha by Seton is delighted to welcome back Linxcel as a team sponsor for the remainder of the 2011 season. The deal signifies the reignition of a relationship between Bike Interceptor Yamaha and Linxcel that was first formed back in 2007, and lasted until the close of the 2009 campaign. For team manager Phil Seton, welcoming back Linxcel into the fold signifies how strong an investment opportunity Bike Interceptor Yamaha by Seton has become. The team has posted a string of solid results already this term, including a debut race win for Ben Burke in the National Superstock 600 at Brands Hatch and a second place for Sam Warren at Thruxton in a hard-fought Supersport race. Linxcel Europe Ltd is a privately held consultancy and software reseller working to bring you the most cost effective, high performance, highly available application environment for your business. Coupled with the advanced technology on display in the British Superbike Championship, and a high calibre of race fan at each round, Bike Interceptor Yamaha by Seton will be able to expose Linxcel to a profitable market place. The team will be making the long trip north of the border this week to Knockhill circuit from its base in Colchester to contest round five of the 2011 MCE British Superbike Championship. Linxcel will not be the only new member of the team this coming weekend, as 18 year old Australian star Andy Lawson Jnr looks to make his debut on British tarmac as teammate to Ben Burke in the Metzeler National Superstock 600 Championship. Catch all the action on race day live on British Eurosport 2 this Sunday, 19 June. Mark Clarke, Director of Linxcel: “It is great to be back in the BSB paddock with Phil Seton and the Bike Intercetor Yamaha team again. Sam Warren and Ben Burke have put in some fantastic results so far this season and the whole team has shown just what a professional outfit it is.” Phil Seton, Team Manager: “It is a fantastic testament to the whole team that Mark and Linxcel have decided to sponsor us once more. We have worked tirelessly this year to portray a true spirit of professionalism within the BSB paddock, and it is paying dividends. With the performances that Sam has put in recently, we will be able to offer Linxcel and our other partners plenty of exposure through TV coverage, providing a substantial return on investment. It is great to have Andy in the team for the coming weekend. I have spoken with him at length and he is very excited about the prospect of racing in a British championship. There is no pressure on him to perform this weekend, purely to learn the bike, gel with the team and get some valuable saddle time under his belt. As always, Knockhill promises to provide some excellent racing this weekend and we are looking for more honours for Sam.” Andy Lawson Jnr: “I’m really excited about the prospect of racing in the UK and would like to take this opportunity to thank Phil and the team for offering me this exciting opportunity.”
