FHO RACING REVEAL EXTENDED ASSOCIATION WITH FEMALE CONTENDERS IN BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIP COMPETITION

FHO Racing owner Faye Ho will continue to champion three young female competitors in the British Championship classes in 2022, announcing an extended association with three of the upcoming riders within the British Championship support series.

Faye launched the new initiative earlier this year, as her FHO Racing team worked closely with 16-year-old Charlotte Marcuzzo and 17-year-old Scarlett Robinson in the Hel Performance Junior Supersport class, in addition to 16-year-old Holly Harris in the Honda British Talent Cup.

The collaboration offered the young contenders mentoring and support during their campaigns throughout this season and that will be extended into 2022, as Faye strives to showcase female representation within the sport to a wider audience.

In the Hel Performance Junior Supersport Championship, Marcuzzo scored four finishes inside the top 20, with her best finish of the season coming at the season finale at Brands Hatch with 18th place. Robinson also finished within the top 20; with a 19th place at Donington Park the highlight of her year.

In the Honda British Talent Cup, part of the Road to MotoGP programme, Harris scored a best result of 16th place at Knockhill, narrowly missing a points scoring finish in her debut season in the class.

FHO Racing’s Faye Ho commented: “I was immensely proud of what all three of the girls achieved last season, especially when they had so much to learn in a short space of time. I feel that the support and guidance that we offered from the FHO Racing team will have played a pivotal role in helping them to develop their careers within the sport.

“Any form of competition always has a steep learning curve, and I am really happy that we can help in some way to nurture these riders at this early stage of their racing career, whilst also helping to raise their profile through their association with the FHO Racing BMW Superbike team.

“We are now looking forward to working together again in 2022 as we continue to strive to highlight their progression within the sport.”
