Competition Licensed Buell Racers Offered Discounted Access to Dealer Track Day EAST TROY, Wis. (July 3, 2006) Buell Motorcycle Company is extending a special invitation to active Buell racers for reduced-cost access to a track day hosted by Buell dealers at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Ala., on July 8-9. Buell racers with active competition licenses from any racing organization will receive a discounted entry rate of $50 per day for the event, coordinated by Private Track Time and hosted by area Buell dealers. The Barber track day offers a great testing opportunity for Buell racers competing in the Championship Cup Series (CCS) and American SportBike Racing Association (ASRA) series, as the track plays host to a multi-regional CCS event and round six of the ASRA national series on August 11-13. Buell racers should contact Leon Winfrey of Private Track Time for more information ([email protected]) or email their name, race license information, date(s) of attendance and experience level to confirm participation. Buell owners who are not licensed racers as well as owners and racers of other brand motorcycles are also invited to participate in the Barber track day at the standard event rate.
