Szoke Rides Ossa Trials Motorcycles for 2013 8 Time Canadian Superbike Champion Jordan Szoke is well known for his supremacy in the Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship. Off track he is also a very accomplished Observed Trials rider. Jordan has won 3 Canadian National Trials Championships in 2009, 2010 and 2012. In 2013 Szoke will be representing Ossa Trials Motorcycles. “I am really psyched to be part of the Ossa Team.” says Jordan, “What is really brilliant, is that I will be working directly with the Spanish factory in development with their fuel injection and electronics.” Szoke’s many years of development and testing in road racing, will stem directly into the evolution of this new Ossa Trials Motorcycle. Bob Billyard of Ossa Canada will be a big supporter, sustaining two top level Canadian riders for the season. Riding alongside Szoke will be another accomplished trials competitor, Dan Johnson. Dan has earned two Canadian National Championships as well as four Ontario Championships. Szoke and Johnson plan to represent Canada and their Ossa brand at the Trial des Nations in 2013 held Sept 8-9 in Moutier, La Chatre, France. This Team Event is is the most important Motorcycle trials competition of national teams organized by the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM). It has been held since 1984 at many different countries. When asked about his switch to a new brand Szoke comments, “I would like to thank Dave Fair specifically from Gas Gas Pacific for all the years of support. This was a truly unique oppourtunity that I could just not pass up.” Szoke will be performing on his new Ossa Motorcycle at the Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver Motorcycle shows coming up this January.
