CCS Florida Season Starts This Weekend At Homestead-Miami Speedway

From a press release issued by Henry DeGouw/CCS Florida: The Championship Cup Series of Florida starts its season this weekend at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. The largest field ever is expected to number between 800 and 900 entries. Jeff Wood, of Winchendon, MA, is the favorite to repeat his main event win of last December at Homestead. He will compete on a powerful Suzuki GSX-R1000. Saturday Schedule: Gates Open: 8:00am Practice & Time Trials: 9:00am-5:00pm Sunday Schedule: Gates Open: 7:00am Practice: 8:00-9:00am Morning GT Races: (5) 9:30-11:30am Afternoon Sprints: (14) 12:00-5:00pm
