From a press release issued by CCS South: Wanting to give our racers the most riding opportunities within all facets of the sport, CCS South has changed their schedule for the Eagles Canyon race originally scheduled for March 22-23. The new practice and race dates are now March 15-16, respectively. The two changes to the initial schedule released earlier this year was made to serve one purpose to give more riders the most opportunity to compete. Having to choose between venues for the weekend wasn’t fair for the riders but now a choice doesn’t have to be made Furthermore, the third MSR Houston date has been changed from September 27-28 to October 4-5 to avoid another scheduling conflict. CCS-South has changed schedules to afford riders the opportunity of having a choice of weekends in which to ride, rather which weekends will there be races available. We know racers want to race. Racers don’t want to have to pick and choose they just want to be able to compete in as many races as they can and we want them to have the chance to do just that. For more information and for upcoming race dates, see the CCS South schedule at www.ccsracing.us/schedules/2008/soschedule.html
