Celtic Racing Moving Forward With Plans For 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing Campaign Celtic Racing plans to continue its participation in the 2014 AMA Pro Racing season. Throughout the years Celtic Racing has developed a reputation that offers sponsors and riders the opportunity to be part of a championship winning team with deep technical resources and partnerships across the industry. Our successes have been due to our dedicated sponsors that understand the role we play in bringing young riding talent to the national stage. We look forward to announcing our 2014 plans at the earliest opportunity, and appreciate all the interest expressed up to this point. Celtic Racing would like to thank both Michael Jordan Motorsports and the National Guard for all of their support and assistance with our racing efforts over the past seasons. Celtic Racing was able to capture AMA SuperSport championships in 2012 and 2013 by working closely with Michael Jordan Motorsports and the National Guard. We are disappointed to see these partnerships come to a close, and it has been a privilege to work with the men and women of the National Guard while honoring their sacrifices to our country with our racing efforts. It has also been a pleasure to work with the professionals at Michael Jordan Motorsports, and we greatly appreciate the tremendous support of all our team sponsors and loyal fans which have helped to bring us this far forward – Celtic Racing could not have come this far without you! Celtic Racing has been proud to partner with: Army National Guard, Michael Jordan Motorsports, Orient Express Racing, Hudson Valley Motorcycles, American Suzuki, Armour Bodies, Bazzaz, Chicken Hawk Racing, DesignStar3, D.I.D. Chain, FMF Exhaust, Full Spectrum Power, Galfer, GB Racing, K-Tech Suspension, Maxima Racing Oils, Motion Pro, Pit Bull Products, Saddlemen, Signs Ink, Star Motorcycle School, Vortex Racing, and Zero Gravity. Celtic Racing was established in 2001 by Barry Gilsenan, and over the past 13 seasons has established itself as a premier privateer racing team. Development of riding talent began with two-stroke 125cc, and 250cc machines competing in professional and regional championship events. More recent Celtic Racing efforts have focused on AMA Pro Road Racing in the Daytona SportBike and SuperSport classes with Ducati, Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha four stroke motorcycles. Gilsenan’s talent for coaching racers of all ages and abilities has brought Celtic Racing worldwide attention and recognition, with many former Celtic Racing riders now competing on World Championship levels.
