Dear AMA Pro Road Racing Teams: You recently received a welcome letter to the upcoming Triumph Superbike Classic presented by America’s First Federal Credit Union. The correspondence mentioned an “awning fee” that ZOOM would be implementing in 2012. The wording and timing of this notice has created some uncertainties and confusion within the motorsports community. This was not the intent of this notice. Therefore, with the race less than two weeks away and an insufficient amount of time to address the inquiries received, ZOOM will not implement an “awning fee” in 2012 but will address the situation moving forward. ZOOM apologizes for any challenges this might have caused. We look forward to seeing you soon for the Triumph Superbike Classic. Sincerely, Rick Humphrey Vice President ZOOM Motorsports
