Changes Made To The 2006 World Superbike, Supersport Schedule

Superbike & Supersport World Championships, Superstock FIM Cup 2006 calendar The following changes were made to the 2006 calendar of the Superbike & Supersport World Championships. The round scheduled in Valencia, Spain, will take place on April 23 (instead of 30). The round scheduled in Monza, Italy, will be held on May 7 (instead of 14). The rounds in Brands Hatch and Imola are confirmed. For its last round, the Championship will return to South Africa on October 22 (circuit to be announced). A Superstock 1000 FIM Cup round will take place at each round in Europe. The calendar is the following: February 25 Losail, Qatar March 5 Phillip Island, Australia April 23 Valencia, Spain May 7 Monza, Italy May 28 Silverstone, Great Britain June 25 Misano, San Marino July 23 Brno, Czech Republic August 6 Brands Hatch, Great Britain September 3 Assen, Netherlands September 10 Lausitzring, Germany October 1 Imola, Italy October 8 Magny-Cours, France October 22 TBA, South Africa TBA: to be announced
