CMRA Event At NOLA Motorsports Park Cancelled

The CMRA event scheduled for this weekend, March 13-15, at NOLA Motorsports Park in Avondale, Louisiana, has been cancelled effective immediately.

According to CMRA Director of Competition Walter Walker, the Governor of Louisiana has declared a state of emergency to address the coronavirus outbreak and part of that declaration banned gatherings of 250 or more people.

Walker said he was alerted to the declaration by NOLA Motorsports Park’s management and “had no choice” but to immediately cancel the event.
