CMRA Welcomes Red Bull Mini Moto to Texas World Speedway

Mark your calendars, March 21 – 22, 2015, the Central Motorcycle Roadracing Association (CMRA) will be back at Texas World Speedway in College Station, Texas for the final time ever. The track will be shutting its doors in June, so be sure to come out and watch the last round of motorcycle racing on this storied track, located just south of Bryan/College Station on Highway 6. Texas World Speedway, one of only seven Super Speedways in the US, is composed of two road courses: a 1.8-mile short course and a 2.9-mile long course. Race fans will see both courses utilized that weekend.

Be sure to come both days to experience the racing and planned festivities. Saturday will feature Lightweight Sprints, a group photo at lunch time, and the first round of the US National Endurance Series (USNE) combined with the CMRA eight hour endurance race. Following the race will be the podium ceremony immediately followed by a pizza party meet and greet.

Red Bull will be out all weekend with the MXT military truck, the Wings team handing out product samples, streaming race feed during the day, and keeping the party going Saturday night when the Red Bull Mini Moto will run. Teams of 2 or 4 (depending on sign ups) will compete on Red Bull Honda 50’s. The winning team gets Moto GP Tickets to the Red Bull MotoGP at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX, April 10-12, 2015. You must be 18 years and older to compete in the Red Bull Mini Moto.
