The CMRA Receives Additional Airfence Soft Barriers From The Roadracing World Action Fund For Use in 2014
The Central Motorcycle Roadracing Association (CMRA) has been assigned five additional 30-foot inflatable sections of Airfence soft barriers from the Roadracing World Action Fund for use at CMRA events.
John Ulrich, Founder of the Roadracing World Action Fund, said, ” We’ve been working together with the CMRA since we’ve started the Roadracing World Action Fund, and we are really happy to increase the size of the fleet of Airfence the CMRA has to work with.”
Walter Walker, Race Director for the CMRA shared,” The CMRA is very appreciative of the additional Airfence sections and would like to thank John Ulrich and the Roadracing World Action Fund for this assignment. This brings our total number of Airfence soft barrier to 15 (450 linear feet), which will allow us to provide additional coverage at several of our tracks. The previous Roadracing World Action Fund assignments also allowed us to help out WERA and deploy 10 sections at their first event at NOLA in 2012. We are very grateful that the Roadracing World Action Fund does so much for rider safety. The Action Fund saves lives! There is no question about it.”
The Roadracing World Action Fund Mission Statement: The Roadracing World Action Fund’s mission is to help prevent race track injuries. To accomplish their mission, they will promote motorcycle racing safety and education.
