Cornerspeed and Cornerspin Schools partnering with JRi Shocks for 2013. The Cornerspeed schools are proud to announce their association with new business partner, JRi Shocks of Mooresville NC. For 2013, JRi will handle the suspension needs for Cornerspeed and Cornerspin. Tim Godshall, Technical Rep for JRi will be offering his expertise at select schools to set up and evaluate the suspension for Cornerspeed students. Tim Godshall, Technical Advisor for JRi, states, “It is great to be working with Aaron once again. Our relationship goes back over a decade, and he has always been a great supporter of the products I represent. It is a great feeling to be able to take my years of experience, and help his students find more confidence and speed in their riding. Cornerspeed has an experienced group of instructors that do an excellent job for their students, a first class organization all the way around.” Aaron Stevenson, Chief Instructor and CEO of the Cornerspeed and Cornerspin schools said, “I’m really excited to work with Tim again. Previously, we worked together when Tim was with another manufacturer. He’s super knowledgeable. And to have someone like Tim that works with AMA teams to help set up student bikes at select events? Wow! What a bonus.” The relationship between JRi and Cornerspeed had already begun with Cornerspeed instructor Scott Carpenter assisting JRi in testing and developing shocks for road race applications. Additionally, Cornerspin Instructors Mike Dillon and Russell Masecar worked with JRi in testing and developing a high performance shock for XR/CRF100’s for flat track and TT style training and racing. About JRi: JRi Shocks offers a variety of high performance, made to order shocks for motorcycles, NASCAR, ATV, Short Track and open wheel race cars. JRi’s founder Jeff Ryan has been in the suspension industry since the mid-nineteen eighties, and has designed shocks for most of the top teams in the world, from 600cc micro sprints to the top teams of F1. In 2011 JRi first ventured into the power sports market place by doing testing with riders like Scott Carpenter, Jim Cohrs and David Brown. This testing proved the product had what it takes to compete at the highest level. In 2012 JRi made the jump to AMA superbike racing with the help of Mike Fitzgerald, Geoff May, and the EBR team. With that research and test knowledge JRi has built a product that will give everybody the ride they are looking for, with added stability and grip. JRi has shocks available for most modern day sport bikes. We do offer piggyback triple adjustable shocks for CBR600rr / GSXR / R6 / R1 / ZX6 / ZX10. With the popularity of minibike training (XR100’s, TTR125’s DRZ125’s and such), JRi also produces a high performance shock for the XR/CRF100.
