The CRP Group at EICMA to feature Energica 2013: the first Italian prototype of electric streetbike Modena. The CRP Group of Modena will be present at the 70th International Motorcycle Exhibition (EICMA) from November 13th to 18th. This international celebration of everything on two wheels that takes place yearly in Milan, and this time can count on a new model of motorcycle packed with eco-friendly innovation: Energica 2013. The future of two wheels is electric according to CRP which wants to offer riders an alternative to hydrocarbon vehicles. Innovation and entrepreneurial genius of the Modena manufacturer have led to a project of international importance. Energica represents the first Italian prototype of electric streetbike coming from the passion and experience of CRP that faces the challenge of change head on using of eco-friendly technology. It is not by chance that this ambitious project has its roots in Modena, the homeland of the Motor Valley and luxury sportcars. At EICMA Energica will be joined by models adorned with the clothes of Nicole Castelli inside a booth designed by the architect Sofia Cattinari. All made-in-Modena. The Energica is a sophisticated, aggressive superbike, and it reflects the combination of innovation, tradition, and style resulting in a truly unique vehicle. As regard the events at the CRP booth, on November 13th at 13.30 there is the press conference and at the end it is possible to taste the Valdobbiadene DOCG spumante of the farm business “Le Colture” from S.Stefano of Valdobbiadene that uses products that are in full respect of environment. On stage at Eicma there is also the green innovation of Panasonic. In fact, during the entire exhibition a hostess will be provided with a Toughpad Fz-A1tablet series “tough”, and headphones “noise canceling” HC200, to involve visitors in the world of Eicma making them experience, with video and audio tracks the thrill of riding the superbike Energica. The multimedia content will show spectacular images of the World Champion of kitesurf Mitu Monteiro, flying in the sky of Lake Garda with his surfboard. But once he is on the ground, he rides Energica in a fairy landscape. Through this project of great international importance CRP wanted to give a strong impetus to the development of a new district linked to sustainable mobility with high performance. Energica can reach a top speed of 220 km/h and has exceptional technical partners in addition to being made of technologies from F1.
