CRP Group Working With Vodafone To Bring Connectivity To Energica Ego

CRP has started a developing platform for the global connectivity of Energica Ego The CRP Group, in close collaboration with Vodafone Italia, is carrying out the realization of a worldwide control platform aimed at improving the security and services levels offered to our Energica Ego customers. CRP Group has started a new chapter in the field of high performance sustainable mobility thanks to the creation of this platform. It will manage and check the diagnostics, the security and have high-value added customized services for Energica EGO. Thanks to this new connectivity system Energica Ego customers can customize the motorcycle telemetry and know all the parameters of performance in real time and remote conditions. They will also be able to program and map travel itineraries and share performance information on social networks worldwide. This platform of communication will be based on the standard Bluetooth and UMTS/GPRS. The vehicle will be able to offer services of connectivity “short range” and “long range”. – “short range” connectivity: Bluetooth 3.0 module, range 100m; – “long range” connectivity: LTE/UMTS/GPRS module, communication SMS, TCP/IP, FTP, SOCKET,HTTP. And much more! A unique riders experience never done before.
