Customized Susan G. Komen For The Cure Motorcycle To Be Unveiled Today At The International Motorcycle Show In Daytona Beach

GARWOOD CUSTOM CYCLES UNVEILS CUSTOM SUSAN G. KOMEN FOR THE CURE® MOTORCYCLE AT PROGRESSIVE® INTERNATIONAL MOTORCYCLE SHOWS® DAYTONA BEACH Daytona Beach Garwood Custom Cycles is set to unveil a custom Susan G. Komen for the Cure motorcycle at the Progressive International Motorcycle Show in Daytona, on Wednesday, March 9, to help raise awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer. This special unveiling will take place in the Women Ride experience, on the show floor. The custom Kawasaki 636 will remain on display at the show through Saturday, March 12, at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach. After the show, the bike will tour the country to continue to raise awareness and funds to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Additionally, Garwood Custom Cycles will unveil a second custom bike at the Progressive International Motorcycle Shows on Friday, March 11, in the Women Ride experience. This custom Suzuki GSXR 600 was commissioned by Garwood Custom Cycles client Jennifer Lee as a tribute to her mother she lost to breast cancer. Daytona Beach will also be the final stop of Ride 4 Humanity, a 3,300 mile motorcycle ride designed to raise awareness for breast cancer, as well as funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. VIP Alliance customized a Yamaha R1 and Scorpion P6 for this cross-country motorcycle ride that made stops in Tucson, Arizona; San Antonio, Texas; Houston, Texas; New Orleans, Louisiana; Atlanta, Georgia; Greenville, South Carolina; and Daytona Beach, Florida. The bright pink custom rides will be on display throughout the show, in the Women Ride experience. For the first time ever, Progressive Insurance is the title sponsor for the 12-city tour. The show will be open to the public Wednesday, March 9 through Saturday, March 12, at Ocean Center Daytona Beach, located at 101 North Atlantic Avenue, in Daytona Beach. Show hours are Wednesday, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission to the event is FREE.
