Chuckwalla Valley Motorcycle Association racing returns to the track this weekend, November 16-17, with Round 3 of the 2013-2014 Winter Road Racing Series. Rounds 1 and 2 brought out racers from all over the West Coast. While other series’ are in off-season, CVMA is in the middle of its racing season. For Round 3 CVMA will be joined by Joe Salas from 4theriders.com as he catches all the racing action through his camera lens, shooting video footage of racers throughout the weekend. If you are a club racer near, or far, from Southern California, pack up the family and get out to the races this weekend. CVMA offers free reciprocity to our brothers and sisters from other road racing clubs including AFM and MRA. CVMA offers two full days of racing every race weekend and also including Saturday qualifying for grid position in all classes, amateur and expert along with a wide variety of classes to choose from. The 17-turn, 2.68-mile Chuckwalla circuit is California’s newest track, and was created by noted track designer Ed Bargy. The smooth, wide circuit plays host to a variety of turns and has ample run-off for increased safety. Additionally, CVMA keeps two ambulances on site to insure everyone’s wellbeing and to help avoid delays in the race action when a rider needs medical attention. CVMA. It’s club racing done right. http://www.cvmaracing.com
