The historical home of engines and some of the greatest racers of all time, the city of Bologna is the location chosen for the inauguration of the new Dainese store, an opening that is part of the ambitious retail network expansion project launched last summer with the opening of the D-Store in Berlin and the D-garage in Lugano. In Via Stalingrado, one of the city’s main roads that links the motorway and the trade fair grounds with city center, the new D-Store’s location was expressly selected for the objective of becoming a point of reference for all the fans of two-wheeled locomotion and dynamic sports in the bustling region. The display area developed from the plans drawn by Studio Dainese Design Studio covers 250 sq m and presents all the Vicenza brand’s lines. The interiors and furnishing complement all the items in the various Motorbike and Winter and Summer Multisport Collections with the distinctive lay-out of all the other Dainese stores. The attention given to display areas is matched by an attentive customer care program: at the D-Store in Bologna, customers, can avail of “tailor-made” service that lets Dainese provide response to the most varied needs regarding fit and customization. Training of the sales staff directly at the D-Tec® (Dainese Technology Center) by the same technicians who developed the most innovative Dainese products ensures that each and every customer will receive the best assistance and all the technical information necessary to learn how to choose the most appropriate Dainese products for their world. The Bologna opening brings the number of Dainese D-Stores around the world to 19, a positive wish for the future, and a strong signal to the market in a moment of worldwide economic difficulty. The other 18 D-Store around the planet are in Milano, Roma, Paris, Munich, Athens, Osaka, Nagoya, Andorra, Barcelona, Berlin, Cologne, Manchester, Tokyo, Moscow, Vienna, Dusseldorf, Orange County and San Francisco.
