Dane Westby’s Design Winning NDSS Helmet to be Auctioned for Charity

http://ibidmobile.net/ndss/auction/ Lot 905 Auction Closes 9:30 pm EST Thu, 29 Jan 2015 Yamalube/Westby Racing rider Dane Westby teamed up with the National Down Syndrome Society, Broaster Chicken, Yamalube/Westby Racing, and Arai Helmets for a helmet design contest. Contestants were asked to submit designs for Dane’s Arai Corsair-V helmet. Westby wore the winning design to a podium finish at the last race of the 2014 AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike season at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The helmet will be auctioned with the proceeds going to NDSS to further promote its mission of being the national advocate for the value, acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome.
