Date Confirmed For 2017 Edition Of 24 Heures Motos At Le Mans

2016/2017 FIM EWC CALENDAR

The FIM EWC is embarking on a new era, with an all-new championship format for 2016/2017. The new FIM EWC season gets underway with the Bol d’Or on 17 and 18 September at the Paul Ricard circuit in Castellet.

There are six races on the FIM EWC’s provisional 2016/2017 calendar. The dates for the third round – the 24 Heures Motos at Le Mans – have now been confirmed. The race will take place earlier than usual, on 15 and 16 April 2017.

September 17/18 – Bol d’Or (24h) / Le Castellet – France

March 18 – 12 Horas de Portimão / Portugal*

April 15/16 – 24 Heures Motos / Le Mans – France

May 20 – Oschersleben 8 Hours / Germany

June 24 – 8-Hour race / Europe / TBA

July 30 – Suzuka 8 Hours / Japan

* Date subject to modification in late November 2016
