Pascarella To Field Redline Motorsports CBR1000RR This Weekend At The Raceway In Sonoma With AFM Joey Pascarella will make his liter class debut on a Redline Motorsports 2012 Honda CBR1000RR in the AFM’s premier sprint race, Formula Pacific on Sunday, September 2, 2012, at the Raceway in Sonoma. Pascarella has been getting up to speed on a Yamaha YZF-R1 earlier this week at Thunderhill Raceway and is excited to make a go of it. David Slater, owner of Redline Motorsports, had this to say, “Joey is so refreshing to deal with as he is a rider that is truly in love with the sport. Very humble and just pumped to ride! This will be Joey’s race debut on a 1000, and we are excited that it’s going to be on a Redline Motorsports CBR1000RR. I have been working closely with Barry Wressell from KFG getting the suspension where we want it, and Nels from 2wheeldynoworks getting the bike tuned. We are tuning the bike today with a new fuel from VP. It’s going to be a very competitive class this weekend at Sonoma, and we want to give Joey the best possible shot at getting on the box.” Joey Pascarella had this to say, “Riding a 1000 is really fun.
