On June 14 in Falls Church, Virginia, Daytona 200-winning Team Owner Michelle Lindsay underwent surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from her pancreas.

While the surgery to remove the tumor was successful and her recovery from the procedure has been going well, Lindsay received bad news on June 20 when the pathology report came back stating the cancer had already spread to her lymph nodes. As a result, Lindsay has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Pancreatic Cancer.

While Lindsay prepares for further treatment, her close friends have established a GoFundMe fundraiser to help offset the out-of-pocket costs Lindsay is incurring.

In just two days, the #TeamMichelle Fighting Pancreatic Cancer GoFundMe campaign has raised $9,335 of its $25,000 goal.

People wishing to send messages of support to Lindsay can do so via her Facebook page, www.facebook.com/michelle.a.lindsay.7

Lindsay’s TOBC Racing won the Daytona 200 three times (2015, 2017, and 2018) with rider Danny Eslick.
