Borgo Panigale (Bologna) On January 15th 2009 the new Board of Directors for the 2009-2011 period was announced during the Ducati Motor Holding shareholders’ meeting. Gabriele Del Torchio has been appointed President of the Board of Directors and Claudio Domenicali has been nominated a member of this Board. Other members of the new Board of Directors are: – Mauro Benetton – Massimo Bergami – Carlo Umberto Bonomi – Marco Giovannini – Roberto Maestroni – Antonio Perricone – Dante Razzano – Ulrich Weiss In yesterday’s meeting, the Board of Directors agreed during proceedings that the new President, Gabriele Del Torchio, will also undertake the role of CEO of the Company.
