Sport Tire Services of Paso Robles, California and Race Tire Service of Nashville, Tennessee, (Dunlop’s U.S. Race Tire Distributors for the Western and Eastern U.S.A. respectively), would like to announce, currently avalable to the public, a fresh supply of the ALL NEW U.S. made, Dunlop Sportmax D209 GP tires! With the rear being “JLB” construction, they have very little growth with speed. So, the bike is much easier to set-up at the racetrack with very small geometry changes compared to the old 190/60ZR17s that did grow from Dunlop’s U.K. plant. Available sizes are front 120/70ZRX17 and rear 190/55ZRX17. These tires fit right on (no modifications to gearing and or chain length) all of the current 600/750/1000cc sportbikes. These new tires have been developed here in the U.S. and tested at Dunlop’s Huntsville, Alabama proving grounds, along with testing at Willow Springs Raceway, Buttonwillow Raceway and Infinion Raceway this last Winter and Spring, prior to their being released to the club racing and track day community. Go to ~http://dunlopracing.com/special.htm~ today and look under the “Specials” heading to find out more information on these all-new low-cost performance tires from Dunlop.
