Saturday morning’s AMA Pro Daytona SportBike practice session at Road Atlanta was interrupted by a red flag brought out by a crash by Factory Aprilia Millennium Technologies’ Chaz Davies in Turn One. Public address announcer and former racer Richard Chambers reported that Davies got up from the scene and rode back to the paddock in the crash truck. Taylor Knapp also crashed his Latus Motors Racing Buell 1125R during the session.
