DMS Racing Team will debut this season in the premier class of motorcycle road racing in the U.S.A., AMA Pro Road Racing Superbike. The team, based in Miami, will continue the growth process with Brazilian rider Nico Ferreira, who took part with them in the final races of CCS 2012, with three wins and also raced in the last two rounds of the AMA Daytona Sportbike 2012. Ferreira is an experienced rider from Brazil, who settled in Malaga, Spain at age 14. He raced in several regional championships in Spain with success and in the Suzuki European Cup, before his debut in Spanish road racing championship (CEV). He also won the Interlagos-500 in 2012.
