Carmelo Ezpeleta, the CEO of Dorna, the commercial rights holder to the FIM MotoGP World Championship, the FIM Superbike World Championship and the FIM CEV International Championship, tells FOX Sports 1 that he is working with former 500cc GP World Champion Wayne Rainey to create a program in America to try to develop new road racing talent.
