MotoGP rights holders Dorna Sports S.L and Swiss Broadcasting Corporation SRG SSR have reached an agreement to renew their partnership for a further three years, thus providing fans in Switzerland with continued outstanding coverage of the premier class of motorcycle racing for the 2011, 2012 and 2013 seasons. The comprehensive coverage offered by SRG SSR will see MotoGP broadcast on its three channels; SF, TSR and RSI, as well as a selection of Grand Prix being offered in excellent HD quality on HD suisse. Dorna Sports S.L Media Managing Director Manel Arroyo welcomed the renewal by saying: “The deal with SRG SSR further reinforces the strong association of the sport with the network as well as its excellent relationship with Dorna. This is a partnership that has now lasted for 15 years and we are of course delighted that it will continue, as Swiss TV’s support and coverage of MotoGP in Switzerland is key in the high profile that the sport enjoys.” Urs Leutert, Head of Sports SRG SSR: «We are pleased to continue our long-standing and professional contractual partnership with Dorna Sports S.L. for the next three years. The Public Broadcasters of SRG SSR will thus be able to continue offering their Swiss spectators a complete TV-service of attractive motorcycle races thanks to Dornas highly professional productions in HD-quality even on the channel HD suisse
