Ducati Motor Holding will unveil its new V4 engine, the Desmosedici Stradale, September 7 ahead of the MotoGP event at Misano.

Because “Stradale” is Italian for road, it seems reasonable to assume that this engine will power Ducati’s newest Superbike street model.

Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati Motor Holding, confirmed earlier this summer that his company is planning to bring a V4-powered Superbike to market.

We will post more information as soon as it becomes available.
