Buffalo, NY: Dunlop will provide its full racing support to the new Superbike Shootout series by attending all three events with its professional racing service crew and transporter. The Dunlop team will roll out tires and services for the Pro Superbike and Pro Sportbike classes, which will run exclusively on Dunlop tires. The events are hosted by Fastrack Riders and WERA on April 26-27 at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California; by AFM on May 3-4 at Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California; and by UtahSBA on May 24-25 at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah.

Additionally, Dunlop will offer its professional services team to club racers sharing the weekend schedule with the Superbike Shootout pro riders, giving the local racers an opportunity to learn more about the Dunlop product range directly from the official design and service team based in Buffalo, NY.

“We’re proud to support this new Superbike Shootout series,” said Mike Buckley, Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and R&D. “Our pro-road racing tires are made in Buffalo, and are always available to club racers, but this is a great opportunity for us to offer the club-level riders service and knowledge available only from the Dunlop factory team.”

Dunlop’s KR448™ and KR449™ racing slicks as well as the DOT Sportmax® D211™ GP-A will be available in various compounds for the Superbike Shootout Series.
