EDR Performance, the NW’s premier motorcycle performance shop, had its 2008 Calendar release party December 15 to welcome the coming year and to show the new 2008 calendar to the Portland crowd. The EDR staff, sponsored riders, and local riding clubs were on hand to purchase calendars and get them signed by the Girls of EDR, who were on hand to personalize the calendars. In addition to celebrating EDR’s success in 2007, with racers supported by EDR winning over 75 races and several nationals, the event had a serious side. 10% of all calendar sales during the event were donated to the Roadracing World Action Fund. Combined with a silent auction of products supplied both by EDR and Spiegler Performance, the event was a success, raising a total of $402 for rider safety.
