Winning an amazing 26 championships in OMRRA, WMRRA, MRA, Utah Masters of Mtn, AFM and Calgary’s CMRA series. In Colorado’s MRA series, Josh Galster proved why EDR-built engines are chosen by top riders. Galster was able to use the same engine for entire season doing many AMA and MRA events. Galster had a best of 8th at Miller in AMA’s ultra-tough DSB class. Galster’s EDR R6 was consistently towards the top in trap speeds as well. Even with missing some rounds due to AMA conflicts, Galster still won several local races, set new class track record and ended up with 2 championships at Colorado’s MRA series. AFM’s northern California series once again saw EDR-built engines take over 50 race wins in various classes for 2011. Lenny Hale using his EDR-built R6’s was the predominate victor in almost all his classes, sometimes running as many as 8 classes a weekend! Hale along with other EDR-built R6’s of Presting, Wooldridge and Nigliazzo were able to sweep the 600 class podiums at times. In the end, Hale was able to take another impressive 21 wins and 4 class championships Washington’s WMRRA Series saw EDR riders of Mark Degross and Ryan Sutton secure the #3 and #4 overall plates. Mark Degross used his EDR Built CBR1000RR to dominate his classes winning both Open Supersport and Formula Ultra class championships as well as the Superteams HW Championship. Sutton, who switched over to EDR midseason, instantly took his EDR built R6 to his first wins in WMRRA’s competitive 600 classes. Sutton later set a new 600 lap record this season as well. Up in Calgary’s CMRA Pete de Graaf showed his EDR built GSX-R1000 was the bike to beat, winning 8 of 11 Open Superbike races. De Graff was able to take the championship in Open Superbike and the overall #2 plate for the club. De Graff also took wins in Utah’s M.o.M. Series. Over in Utah’s Masters of the Mountain Series, Scott Decker’s EDR Built GSX-R600’s were clearly the fastest in their classes winning an incredible 19 races! In the Clubman series once again Verderico riding as many as 8 classes a weekend on his EDR-built GSX-R1000, GSX-R750 and ZX-6R was able to secure the #2 overall plate, while Presting crashed in wet conditions costing him a shot at the #1 plate. Presting still took an impressive #4 plate in Clubman on his EDR R6.
