Energica on the road: the green dream on two wheels begins in Volterra This September 18th Energica, the first Italian electric superbike, will hold “Energica International VIP Charity Event”, an exclusive VIP night in the fairytale landscape of Volterra, among Chianti hills. This extraordinary event will take place in Priori Square, on the occasion of the first Energica Press test among Tuscany roads, for 8 international journalists. One hundred and seventy years after the invention of the internal combustion engine and thanks to Eugenio Barsanti from Volterra, the Tuscan town will once again be the protagonist of the history and evolution of technology: from the internal combustion engine to the power of an electric superbike, Energica, unique in its kind in the world. The evolution will be also the main theme of a Photo Challenge on Instagram, dedicated to the green two wheels made in CRP. Priori Square, Volterra, its walls with 3.000 years of history, will turn green during September 18th evening. Energica along with Lowell and its brand “Pensieri Felici” and thanks to “1 Caffè Onlus” will hold “Energica International Vip Charity Event”, dedicated to the CRP electric two wheels and charity. Lowell, a company based in Modena like CRP, is a leader in the field of watches, and has always faced new challenges. Now Lowell thanks to his experience and passion for Made in Italy, has created a new jewellery brand called “Pensieri Felici”. During September 18th evening Lowell will auction off Pensieri Felici creations whose entire proceeds will go to charity. The auction procedure, which will be online, and the proceeds will be handled by 1 Caffè Onlus, the first Italian digital Onlus. 1 Caffè Onlus is a non-profit organization founded by the well-known actor Luca Argentero and his friends. 1 Caffè works every day to promote and raise funds for non-profit Italian organizations, spreading their projects and inviting people on web to “offer 1 coffee” (1 euro) to sustain them.
