ASIATIC TRANSFER FOR THE PRAMAC RACING TEAM. SUNDAY THERE IS THE JAPAN GRAND PRIX The Japanese Grand Prix that will take place next Sunday on Motegi circuit, should have been the second appointment of the 2010 MotoGP calendar. Unfortunately, due the Icelandic’s volcano Eyafjallajokull who has in April completely paralyzed all European flights, the Grand Prix has been moved to the first weekend of October, becoming the fourteenth round of the season with just five races to the end of the Championship. Japan is one of the fixed stages of the Championship, Sunday there the twelfth top class race on Motegi circuit. But if we consider the number of stages, the first overall Japan circuit is steel Suzuka which have hosted in the past sixteen top class Grand Prix. The Pramac Racing Team had in the past a great relationship with this track, having got here one of two victories in its young history, with Makoto Tamada in the 2004. During the following seasons the results where not so good for the Team, with two eighth place as best placements. The eighth position w here obtained by Alex Barros in the 2007 and by Mika Kallio last year. It is from the Finn rider that the Team will wait a good result on this track, also because he had won here in the past three Championship races. I would like to enter in the top ten and fight for an important position with the other riders, but unfortunately my starting position on the grid was not the best. During the race, then I had a rhythm so steady and fast that has allow me to fight right away with the other riders. In the last few laps I tried to give my best even risking to fall, but unfortunately I had to settle for the tenth place. I know enough about Motegi circuit, here I got an good seventh place in 2008 driving a 250 cc. I cannot wait to be able to redeem early this bad result in the next Japanese Grand Prix that will be my thirtieth MotoGP Grand Prix. Motegi is a circuit where I had the most rewarding of my career. On this track, I had won three races, two riding a 125 cc and one during my rookie season in 250 cc. Last year in my second race in MotoGP I had finish the race in eighth position, starting the race from not a very favorable position. There are only five races to the end of the season, I will give my best to be able to repay the support that the Team has always placed in me even in difficult moments. “
