EvolveGT And YCRS Announce Track Day Training (TDT) Program
Ashland, VA – EvolveGT and Yamaha Champions Riding School (YCRS) have teamed up to create “TDT”, Track Day Training.
YCRS Instructor Ben Walters will lead the program and teach the classes along with Bill Sink, an EvolveGT partner and YCRS instructor. The program will focus on the YCRS “Champions Habits”, the techniques the best riders in the world use to go fast without falling down. Simply put, Champions Habits help riders learn to ride the bike as it was designed to be ridden. No unproven theories or goofy opinions, just championship-winning approaches.
TDT will be offered at select EvolveGT track days with class sizes limited to 8 students. Students will learn the four basic fundamentals of riding, learn to understand traction and how to ride within the limits of grip, including intensive trail-braking training, as well as the reasons crashing happens. Learning why we crash will help riders recognize signs of an impending crash and how to avoid it.
It’s the faster, safer method and it’s coming to TDT with EvolveGT.
