SAN DIEGO, CA – July 9, 2015 – Today Fastrack Riders announced that the final four Professional Racers have signed contracts to coach the Academy which will commence 9/26/15. Fastrack Owner, Imad Samhat commented: “Our verbal commitment with all the Pros was concrete but now it is in writing as a mere formality. Originally there were going to be five Pros so that the unique experience could be shared with more participants; unfortunately one of our Pros was unable to commit at the last minute as he had to deal with a personal unexpected situation…It is unfortunate, but understandable…maybe next time.”
The four remaining Pros are Chris Fillmore, Chris Ulrich, Jeremy Toye, Steve Rapp. The previously publicized Pro was Marcel Irnie. Marcel comments: “I was looking forward to it and had already devised a program for the students but due to unforeseen turn of events I will not be able to commit to the program this year. Should the program repeat next year I’ll look forward to being a part of it.”
The Academy will now have FOUR groups instead of FIVE, and the limit per group remains unchanged, as previously planned. Each group will be led by the Pro Coach and a Fastrack Riders Instructor, as an assistant coach.
