Fastrack Riders Sold

David Pyles, owner of Fastrack Riders, is announcing that Fastrack Riders has entered into a Sales Agreement with SAMHAT INC. for the sale of company assets. The new company will continue under the dba name of Fastrack Riders. The closing of the pending sale is scheduled for the first week in December 2014.

Fastrack Riders has been in operation for almost fourteen years. SAMHAT INC. is excited about the acquisition and looking forward to taking Fastrack Riders to the next level. “I have enjoyed almost every minute and it has been an incredible 14 years. I want to thank everyone that is currently or has been on Fastrack’s staff as well as the support of our customers over all of these years!” stated David Pyles.

Fastrack Riders runs by far, one of the best track day events, if not THE best. The company has a great vision and dedication to the safety of the riders in this sport. The company is also acknowledged as a world class trackday organization and sets the bar very high. SAMHAT INC. takes on this opportunity and is looking forward to a fantastic year in 2015, where there are many exciting ideas that will enhance what is already known and proven to be a great experience. The new company will announce these ideas in due time.

Fastrack Riders has been a motorcycle safety school and track day organizer since 2001. The main focus of Fastrack Riders has always been the rider’s safety. And the primary reason for the existence of the company has been to get sport bike riders to stop racing in the canyons and ride on the track, which is significantly safer than riding in any canyon.

Safety has been the number one priority of Fastrack Riders. This aspect will be monitored and controlled very closely, as this is and will always be the number one priority of the company!
