FGSport Group Renews Deal With World Superbike’s Global Distribution Company

Content management and delivery company GlobeCast and FG Sport signed an agreement today to renew their long term partnership for the worldwide distribution of the Superbike World Champtionship through 2009. GlobeCast will provide FG Sport with a fleet of fully-redundant SNG trucks and ground staff for all 13 races per season. The solution also includes playout, uplink and satellite capacity for live distribution of the races and highlight reports to Europe, Asia and America, as well as dedicated capacity for an internet feed. Dedicated Help Desk and technical support is also part of the package. The services will be managed by Host Broadcast Services (HBS) on behalf of FG Sport.
