Administration, running of events and media aspects will be taken care of by the FIM/CTR. – The new FIM Marketing Director, Mr Olivier Godallier, was introduced to the Management Council. He will take his function officially on March 1st. – The extraordinary Management Council meeting, scheduled on June 21-22, will be postponed to September 6-7, in order to give time for all the stakeholders to give their comments and suggestions for the Strategic Plan. – The Registered Testing Pool, requested by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), will be put in place by the FIM; it will be operational as from July 1st. Riders selected for possible out-of-competition testing must be able to be located anywhere at any time during the season. – The Management Council approved the proposal to create a special Trophy celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix, in partnership with the promoter Dorna.
