ROUND #1 MICHELIN//WERA NATIONAL CHALLENGE AND ANOTHER ROUND OF THE PIRELLI/WERA SPORTSMAN SERIES On March 16/17/18 WERA Motorcycle Roadracing will bring Round #1 of the Michelin/WERA National Challenge and the Pirelli/WERA Sportsman Series to the traditional Roebling Road Raceway in Bloomingdale, GA. Friday will see practice and qualifying for the 600cc Superstock Class, then Saturday the riders of the Pirelli/WERA Sportsman Series will take the track for a full slate of Sprint Racing. Sunday will have the Michelin/WERA National Challenge open with Round #1 of the Series. This will also be the debut of the NextMotoChampion Formula 3 Class which will run with the Michelin/WERA National Challenge Series which is the Pro-Am Series for WERA Motorcycle Roadracing and it is the Series where the future stars of motorcycle road racing learn and improve their skills. Many of the riders from this series move on to Pro racing in the US and overseas.
