PICKERINGTON, Ohio — The Congressional Motorcycle Caucus has a new member: Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.), the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) reports. West, a new member of Congress, joins others in the bipartisan group that works to promote safety for motorcyclists. Reps.
