Ford Named Official Car and Light Truck of Miller MotorsportsPark New agreement broadens existing partnership TOOELE VALLEY, UTAH (October 27, 2011) “” Officials at Miller Motorsports Park, located in Tooele, Utah, have announced that the state-of-the-art facility has entered into a multi-year marketing partnership agreement with Ford Motor Company that extends and builds on the existing agreement. The partnership designates Ford as the Official Car and Light Truck of Miller Motorsports Park. “Our new agreement with Ford Motor Company is a logical extension of our existing partnership that dates back to the opening of Miller MotorsportsPark in 2006,” said John Larson, General Manager of Miller MotorsportsPark. “Ford has been an incredibly supportive partner for us as we have continued to identify new and exciting opportunities for our mutual benefit.” Under the terms of the new agreement, Ford Motor Company extends its naming rights to the Ford RacingHigh PerformanceDriving School and augments that with the new Ford Racing Boss Track Attack program. The addition of the Ford Racing Boss Track Attack provides Ford with an exciting, new customer-support program that is unparalleled in the company’s 108-year history. “MillerMotorsportsPark is a superb venue and allows us access to a great road course and several off-road courses, plus a host of other amenities for first class customer and media events,” said Jim Farley, Ford’s Vice President of Global Marketing, Sales and Service. “Without such strong management and the best instructor staff in their field, we would not have had such an outstanding response to the Ford Mustang Boss Track Attack experience.” The ongoing relationship between MMP and Ford Motor Company has proven to be a perfect strategic fit for both parties. “From the opening of the Ford Racing Performance Driving School in 2006 to the development of the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge and the purpose-built Ford Mustang FR500S to the new Boss Track Attack program, our companies have worked very closely to identify and develop opportunities to communicate with consumers on new levels,” said Larson. “This partnership perfectly illustrates the kinds of programs we can construct for clients, utilizing our various racing circuits, our expertise in training and hospitality and a superb staff.” For information regarding Miller MotorsportsPark and the Ford RacingHigh PerformanceDriving School, visit the track’s website at www.MillerMotorsportsPark.com or call 435-277-8000.
