About motorsports competition, Mizdal says, “I can’t describe what it means to work this hard, to try your hardest, then you beat a certain amount of guys with what you’ve got. There’s nothing else like it.” Mizdal retired from active racing recently and now utilizes his expertise at crafting engines and building bikes for other riders. His motorcycle engines are so popular that racers come from far and wide, from all types of motorcycle competition, to order them. His Glendora California-based M Racing Performance shop offers trackside coaching, suspension set-up and performance tuning to customers who race. Mizdal and M Racing also have a special dedication to encouraging young street racers off the roads and onto race tracks “where their performance tuned machinery can truly be appreciated.” A former instructor for the STAR racing school, Mizdal is presently mentoring the racing career of M Racing’s newest expert rider Wes Kane. Quick Tips presentations center on key universal truths RWC calls Quick Tips on Winning in Life, applicable to all children and teens regardless of age, cultural background, or life experience: find something to do in life that you really love, study, learn the art of teamwork, find a mentor, take the long view, be flexible with your dreams and goals, avoid the path of least resistance, and more. In Southern California, and throughout the U.S. in communities surrounding their tracks, RWC’s racers have unforgettably impacted kids with exciting observations on how to succeed, presented by people who have — very publicly, and in a field perceived as ruthless, tough and unforgiving.
