Racing great Kevin Schwantz will lead the Ride for Kids® Lap of Champions again this year at the 2011 Red Bull Indianapolis GP. Schwantz, the 1993 500cc World Champion, will lead a parade lap around the GP track at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway after final qualifying on Saturday, Aug. 27. The event benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation® (PBTF). “Once again we are fortunate to have moto-legend Kevin Schwantz lead us on our lap of the Indianapolis GP track,” said Kyle Clack, PBTF marketing and development director. “This is an amazing chance to share the track with a true American racing champion while raising awareness of the brave fight our own champions are waging against brain tumors.
