The International Entertainment Group (IEG) is pleased to announce that riders and teams making the trip to Tasmania for the second round of the Viking Group Australian Superbike Championships from March 3-6 can now enter the Thursday practice day free of charge and obtain free freight for their motorcycles and equipment through the Viking Group. These extra incentives for riders to participate at Symmons Plains have been made possible due to support from Events Tasmania. “Providing free freight will ensure the championship remains as accessible as possible for riders with limited budgets and having an extra practice day will provide riders with the track time to fine-tune their skills and setup,” said IEG Managing Director, Yarrive Konsky. Competitors and teams that have already submitted an entry form and nominated to practice on the Thursday will not have the fee deducted from their payments. The Symmons Plains event is set to attract in excess of one hundred and twenty entries across all five classes, with the majority of these competitors requiring both land and sea transport
