Following his strong finishes both in the wet and in the dry at Road America, Shane Narbonne placed his 2008 Suzuki GSX-R1000 solidly on the AMA American Superbike grid at Mid-Ohio. It is noteworthy that last year Narbonne crashed in another rider’s oil at Mid-Ohio and was seriously injured, but it didn’t slow him down this year.
