Funeral Arrangements Made, Memorial Fund Set Up To Benefit Family Of Fallen CCS Racer Cesar Chacon

A fund has been set up by friends to benefit the wife and daughter of Cesar Chacon, a CCS racer from East Hampton, New York, who suffered fatal injuries in an incident shortly after the start of a CCS race July 20 at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The validity of the fund has been confirmed directly with Chacon’s widow, Paola Arias, by CCS boss Kevin Elliott.
